AYR uses a support/fee structure based on income, your ability to pay, and financial support received from Agape Youth Ministry, or from individuals wishing to support specific teens.
AYR requires a non-refundable $200.00 processing fee for your initial application. This fee may be waived if parents/guardians are seeking financial support from Agape Youth Ministries.
As part of the teen’s acceptance into the AYR Program, a review of your income will be completed, unless you decide to pay in full, the monthly admissions fees.
Income fee is based on 25% of the Adjusted Gross Income on your IRS 1040 form, averaged over the past two years. It the value is below the minimum monthly AYR fee amount, a review will be made to ascertain your ability to pay, and whether you are eligible to obtain additional support from either AYM or from other financial sources.
AYM works through Clark Behavioral Health Financing if you are unable to afford the monthly admission fee. Information is available on their website:
Clark Behavioral Financing or you may contact them by phone at:

Agape Youth Ranch program is not based on a standard medical model, and therefore will probably not be covered by standard medical insurance policies. If your insurance policy requires further documentation, we will gladly provide any information they request. If there is insurance coverage, you the parent/guardian are responsible for processing all insurance documentation.
Support fees are payable at the beginning of each quarter. Each quarterly payment is due by the 15th day of the month prior to the start of the next quarter. For example, your teenager is enrolled for the 1st quarter of the year (January - March), we expect payment no later than the 15th of December. A grace period of 15 days is allowed before default, at which time the teen will be dismissed from the program, unless other finances are made available.
Parents/guardians are required to establish a monthly allowance of $500.00 for their teen, which AYR administers. This account is used for the teen’s allowances, medical services, prescriptions, and any authorized over the counter (OTC) medications that you permit. You will receive an accounting statement at the end of each month, indicating how much you have available in your child’s account. The parents/guardians are required to keep your child’s balance at a minimum of $500.00 by the 15th day prior to the beginning of the next quarter.
