EMPLOYMENT:

Agape Youth Ministry (AYM), which provides Christian based programs for 'At-Risk' teens (ages 13-16), has self-supporting positions available. The positions are part of AYM's new Ranch program for the teens. Our goal is to have the progress of the Ranch construction completed through the phase that includes the first teen bunkhouse so that the Ranch program can open for enrollment by the end of 2008.

Initially, all staff will be placed on a self-supporting (and/or sponsored by churches / individuals) basis. Housing will be provided for all staff. It is envisioned that once the Ranch program is operating and funding increases, AYM will be able to provide a salary to its staff. The staff filling the open position will need to be flexible in their duties and willing to help with the building of the Ranch and the development of the Ranch program.

Interviewing Procedure:

Please review the job description listed below. If you qualify and are interested in this positions contact: Gordon Lange at (480) 471-8253 for an interview.
