The Student Leadership Program is the foundation of Agape Youth Ministry and its Community Youth Groups' mission to develop future Christian leaders. The program establishes a strong biblical base for students through Dig Deeper Bible School. It then develops strong Christian leadership skills through Worldview Academy. Taking this knowledge, the student applies these skills through Teen Missions International programs that involves a two week “Boot Camp” and a missions program either nationally or internationally. Finally, Agape Youth Ministry helps place students that want to use this knowledge into internship programs either in youth groups or youth ministries. To support the student in the Student Leadership Program, Agape Youth Ministry and its Community Youth Groups offer financial assistance through its scholarship program

Dig Deeper Bible School (DDBS) is a four-semester study of the Bible, 16 sessions each, provided by Agape Youth Ministry’s Community Youth Groups program such as White Mountain Youth INC and Valley of the Son INC (In Christ).  DDBS' Dig Deeper classes are not designed to teach doctrine! Where doctrinal issues arise, the students may be made aware of the different doctrinal believes. DDBS is also a required course for Agape Youth Ministry’s Student Leadership Program.
